I used to be a fan of Vodafone but slowly I could see a drastic downgrade in their services. This is the reason I has to switch to Airtel
Cons:
Their tariff plans are way expensive and not worth at all. It includes all calling, internet, roaming packs
Network quality fluctuate a lot, can't rely upon it
-Customer care service is not at all good. I personally found them very rude. Wait time is very high
I would not recommend Vodafone to anyone. We have good options in market right now.
