I am using a Vodafone Red connection. This is a prepaid combined offer for 3G Internet connection and voice calling service . My office is at 8th Floor of DLF Gallaria Building of Newtown, Kolkata . I observed network provided here is 2G and very weak. I have lodged a complaint and the Company replied to me that they can not do anything to improve the situation. Same Company boasts big about their network coverage .
