Hello friends I am a first time user of Vodafone service .. but take my words people who use Vodafone should better do suicide instead of using Vodafone.
I have recently taken Vodafone data card which costs you 1600 and the unlimited plan is just 399 per month which is cheapest in the market and deserves to be because you will never be able to use net. I am going to explain the network by giving you examples.
1) Google search page will take 2.30 mins to open.
2) You cannot update your anti-virus even though you wait for 5hrs.
3) A pdf document of 584kb will take 1.15 hours.
And the best part is the connection will never be disconnected because its a broadband but the speed you get will be most of the times 0bps.
And now lets talk about the customtakeouter service.
They will always be telling that they are "HAPPY TO HELP" and that's correct they are so much happy that they will not take you seriously. And the best part if you call Nodal Officer he will not come online and will disconnect you calls whether you call him 1000 times also.
I have called him on a average of 25 calls a day for continuously 18 days but my luck was not so great that I would have got a chance to speek with such great personality. "YOU CAN SPEAK WITH OBAMA BUT NOT WITH NODAL OFFICER OF VODAFONE THAT'S MY CHALLENGE"
