Ordered a Logitech K375s keyboard from Vlebazaar.in on 25 Jan 2024. After over a months delay, they sent me a cheaper, wrong model(MK270R combo) that doesnt work with my MacBook.
I reported it immediately with proof, but instead of sending the right item or refunding me, they kept offering a measly ₹;500 compensation if I kept the wrong product. Weeks of chasing got me nowhere finally they claimed their 7-day replacement policy had expired!
This is blatant fraud. They took my money, delivered the wrong product, and refused to fix their mistake.
⚠ I have now filed the case with the Consumer Court. Avoid Vlebazaar.in unless you want to waste your money, time, and patience.
