VLC media player plays almost all format videos I ever come across mp4, mkv, flv, avi etc.
I use windows operating system and the default windows media players is not so good it will give problem when I tried to play some format windows but I have never come across any video format that doesn't play in VLC.
I like this software very much we are given with some features so that we can customize the videos we want to watch.unlike other videos in which the sound is limited that we cant here them but with VLC there is no such problem.It gives you adequate volume setting which is very helpful.
I really like this player will recommend everyone. happy watching movies.
