I had a booking from Delhi to patna PNR-2283759954651 which has been cancelled due to corona outbreak.
They did not refund my money instead I am given an option to choose any date before 31-12-2020 and I will get a ticket.
Now when I tried to contact vistara they saying contact to you travel agent for rebooking.
Means why I am rushing here and there if ticket has been cancelled by vistara why I contact to travel agent.
Here I am attaching their mail where they have promised me to give direct assistance.
