Please don't confuse "Vishal Packers and Movers" with "Vishal Movers and Packers". They are different companies. vishalpackersandmovers.com, 080-32018547, 9379829547, and Anand K. Sharma are with Vishal Packers and Movers. That is the company I am reviewing here.
In late 2011 we used this company to move our stuff to Mysore. Anand Sharma sounds nice on the phone, but the company don't seem to care a bit about their job: transporting the customer's things safely. Damaged: an expensive Chinese piece of furniture we warned them about, the glass door of a cabinet, glassware, and an expensive treadmill.
Firstly, Sharma estimated time & boxes only 20 - 25% of the actual used. Many of their people packed boxes all at once. They really didn't care how the packing was done: things from different cabinets and shelves and rooms were mixed up and just wrapped with some newspaper. We could not control the men. I was even shouting at them and Sharma.
One man started emptying files from our filing cabinet into a box without any order so that papers were falling out and all filing organisation was lost. The insurance didn't pay for anything. It was only for loss, not damage. Terrible experience.
