The Vincero Watch is a delicate product. It broke down with a low impact. It is a low quality watch as the leather belt lost its shine within a week.
The worst part about the product that the company do not have customers service. When I tried to get a replacement as the warranty of the watch was still on, there was no mention of any customer service number on the warranty card. Instead the customer service was given to a third party.
When I visited the place they first denied giving services free for Vincero company and asked to pay for damage. When I insisted for free service, they gave me a card of some other center and the second center gave address of third center. I finally gave up to their staff's arrogant attitude and still regret buying the watch
