I have use Videocon mobile sim. Videocon provide good service for customers. I use Videocon sim from 1 year in punjab. I happy with this for good service in local area and Roaming area. Videocon reacharge cards available in our cities and villages area. No any problem when we use balance card or internet card, upload fast. Videocon 2G-3G internet speed is very good. Prepaid customer care staff is good working, But Billing connection staff not good. Videocon Billing sim salesman and payment collector not good job. when we complaint to billing care any problem or any staff person problem, staff not resolve our problem. I stopping my billing sim, Now I use prepaid. Prepaid is good service from Videocon.
