First of all it took around a week to activate the sim.after so many calls to the customer service executives.after that when we started using , then we came to know that it is not at all a good mobile operators.
The only good thing is that their offers were cheaper comparitively with the other operators.
Other than this it is of no use.
The network signals are very poor.
We use to always call the executives complaining that the balance is deducted automatically and to send internet setting all the time.
I never recommand this. Operator.

And videocon was not able to survive in the matket, and so they have closed their operations now.
