I used this sim card but I think now videocon forgot they have customers.
They don't have Network quality and they don't have internet speed. They Don't have customer support as well.
I used this sim card but I stopped to use now beacause of bad services. There is recharge problem with this sim I was not getting retailers near by to recharge sim.
They were providing me network from vodafone.
I talk to the customer care for network issue they didn't took my complaint. They told us it will be good in 48 hours but after many days it was not solved by them
Very bad customer support.
They don't have own network towers.
Charges don't matter when network is not good.
