Videocon is a well known brand. Their house appliance are good but mobile services are worst. I am using videocon mobile service from last 1 month and I am not satisfied.
This is my wrong decission to take videocon. The network is good in my area only but while travelling signals always goes off.
This is a worst thing. Their plans are very cheap and call rates are very less then other operators but calls gets disconnect automatically. They says us that they have 2.75g network but in reality the internet speed is very bad.
Even google opens very late.I told many times to customer care about these issues but my issues never solved till now. So I am going to change my operator. Videocon should have to improve their services.
