Videocon network is really poor .I have missed many calls from my friends and now I have shifted from videocon and now I fell happy.
It is really bad that an customer has to wait for 3 to 4 minutes to call an customer care number.The service provider puts you on waiting without asking you and take lots of time to solve the problem.
Internet setting are also not easy to have.Internet speed is really bad you cant do anything with that speed.
