Iam using videocon dth services since 8mnths.I brought this from an retail shop which was near to me. When we ask them to give connection they have reacted fast and installed the dth but when we face Some problem with the picture we contacted them, they didn't reacted well . We called thrice after that they reacted .The problem I faced was services .
They were charging 205 for southsilver pack . We also asked them to activate tensports channel they have connected but they are charging 21 rs for only one channel.
They give so many offers when we recharge them for 3 mnts 6 months 1 year.
The picture clarity was good.
Some time I face some problem like the picture will disappear and displays you have to recharge, but it contain money in it . I should off and on the TV to over come this problem
It was good but some time we have to face some problem. My friend family also bought this dth but it is working well for me it giving some problem.
The are giving some Hindi, telugu, tamil, malyalam and some English news channels for my pack
