My washing machine had a problem, it was smelling like burnt plastic when the washing machine was used. We called up the customer care and registered the complaint as we were under AMC. The response from the Customer care was quite prompt. But the technician never came to inspect the machine despite 4-5 calls and reminders.
Ultimately had to call a local repair man and get the problem rectified. This is absolutely unacceptable service from Videocon, we are under AMC and have paid the amount for 1 year.
