I am very sorry to say that this is worst online shopping which they are providing to customers, the worst customer service department they have and also given their phone numbers but no one ever picks the phone calls even though they have contact form etc and they also never reply any emails from the customers, all this I was saying because I have ordered a product from this site Vicky.in, bike boxes- GIVI Micro 2 black
W/O light, first of all the product are not from this Vicky.in and the picture is totally different from the picture they have shown in the Vicky.in site, then the product I recieved from them was in very bad condition and they have charged me Rs 2279/- but the invoice slip they have provided me of Rs 915 only, even though I know that they are not going to react, but my duty is to inform you guys, please stay away from this website Vicky.in.
