When the Cold is high and you are unable to take free breathe then this Vicks Inhaler is the right choice to decrease cold. Its a Very high effective product that I used from long time. The Vicks has capacity to get rid of jammed nose. I recommend that any Inhaler should be used only at time of cold dont be addict to it. Some people get addict to inhaler I saw them sometimes. Any inhaler should be used only in one month when seal is opened. The Vicks has natural quality which reduce cold and jammed nose problems. Its effective but dont be addict to this product.
