This site sucks , I booked two tickets for a sum of 2266 Rs , while booking they didn't show/mention any cancellation policy . for some urgent work I got need to cancel the tickets ,
I tried online first but the page was not uploading from the server ( if you try to book or get ticket details in same time it was working properly, I don't know how) , then after struggling a lot online ,
I called them up and then they gave some different number there also they took a long time ( in simple words the service is not customer friendly ) they charged me a cancellation charge of 50% and for second ticket no refund , saying that your cancellation comes under the category for less than 12 hrs .
In actual their were more than 13 hrs for the journey , in the end I book two tickets for sum of 466 + 1600 =2266 Rs , and I get a refund of 233 Rs . wastage of time and money :-(
