I have purchased Bus Ticket for Kodaikanal to Ooty on 19th May'2018 and while I boarded in Bus on that I found they have given Bus service as a local bus(city bus). I have contacted Via.com and they denied a refund. They have charged us huge and nothing get refunded. I have taken other service from Kodai to Ooty and other co-passenger also canceled same day who was traveling with me but they have not given us a refund of money. Now I am following if they don't have to register FIR against service of Via.com.
NEVER 2 USE SERVICE OF VIA.COM. TOTALY A SCAMMER COMPANY
