Today I m sharing very bad experience of voda phone they are giving me mental TORCH ER from last one year too much fake nos calling and notice from name of differ name of court
I recd I online offer of new sim which is 499 plan of post paid in which 1 year Netflix and amazon prime 1 year
after recd sim 27 July 19 in evening when sim activate there is nothing any kind of offer
so I call customer care and disconnect the no become they give fake offer and send in writing email to customer care voda for the same
27 July active and disconnect same day with in 15 mnt
NOW THEY ARE DEMANDING 10000 FOR THAT SIM AND SAID THAT WAS PREMIUM NO
in their offer not mention that kind of any thing any where
EVEN I M NOT SIGN ANY PAPER IN WRITING NOW THEY ARE CALL DIFFER NOS AND GIVING ME MENTAL TORCH ER
many time I send their nodal officer and appeal authority but no body even read mail care fully
