1) Growth rate in VDSI is 5-10% per year.( Imaginary growth)
if they offer 10% package growth on the other hand they will increase your Health Care charges(TTK). Overall your salary increases just on the Paper but take home is same.
2) Managers in VDSI will never resign because they will never/ever get a Job in other companies.
Few of them do not know How to take a print out of a copy. They will take the help of their team members.
3) Managers in VDSI are recruited from streets, they are not technically. If you lick your onsite manager guy you will survive in VDSI.
4) Guys who say VDSI is great, ask there managers to resign and verify that they will get job in any Indian Company.
