I used a car transport service to get my car from HAANUMANGARH to drlhi using vehicleshift.com, promised me a lot of things - refund for damage, The driver did not drop the car to my house as was promised before. I had to go and pick up my new car. But when I received the car, there were damage in my car. Both symmetrical, so I guess something must have dropped on the car! There were huge scratches and dent in the back door of the car. Then I called coustomer care no sny one pick up my call. I waited for 4 hr and called again still no answer. There was some extra luggage that I wanted to transport with the car but was skeptical about the safety of the same. That’s when the owner, Mr. Sushil( central hub of this whole scam) , confirmed personally to me on the safety of their services, how I could completely trust them, keep my luggage inside the car and stay assured of its safety.
