My trademark application was handled very professionally. This is the second time I am using their service. There was a small hiccup due to emails not being sent and my application was late by about 3 months. But after the issue was sorted out they did everything very efficiently. The staff was very courteous and everyone is quite knowledgeable about their business. The cost was also very competitive. Very satisfied.
