Extremely poor and unprofessional service by VakilSearch!
I applied for Section 8 Company Registration and was promised everything would be completed within 20 days. It has now been more than 102 days, and still I have received NO DIN, NO Incorporation Certificate, and NO SRN that is valid on MCA portal.
They shared fake reference numbers like SRNAB2816698 and AB4377775, and when I verified them with MCA, I found they were invalid or unrelated to my application. I only received OTPs on my email and NO proper submission confirmation from MCA at any point.
Despite multiple follow-ups, calls, and emails, I only got false promises:
4 days more,
Submission completed,
Waiting for MCA approval, etc.
Nothing was actually completed.
This delay has caused major losses for me. I had tied up with schools and colleges to launch an NGO for training poor children and women. But due to your irresponsibility, my reputation is now damaged, and trust from clients has been lost.
🚨 I hereby demand:
Immediate registration OR full refund,
compensation for mental harassment, time loss, and damage to my professional relationships,
