What I personally faced is that it's durability like ones it is charged and electricity is gone then it's not working properly or the durability of standing the charge is very less and many times I called for support but they didn't give me proper reply and ones they said they will come and repair it but honestly then after no one came or had any direct support from them and some sounds also comes from inverter and suddenly it loses charge and gone off.
So I personally don't suggest this V guard inverter to my friends and also its not so friendly like I expected.
Overall I am not satisfied with this inverter.
Satisfaction - not at all good
Durability - doesn't getting charged or may be it's charge is not standing properly on inverter
Support - not at all available from V guard team.
Friendly support is not available from them.
I dont think it's a good idea to spend money on this inverter because it's charge goes down as soon as the electricity is gone.
