They are incompetent inefficient and unprofessional firm. Their sales team is smart in collecting money but after that just promises and you may get your document after few months if you are lucky. I have paid my fees in November and got transcripts today feb 09, even that not in university sealed envelope, what a great people. If you are urgent please approach some other after carefully checking reviews or DO IT YOURSELF, but never be fooled by this guys . If you have got enough time they may deliver.
