Usha product is good but this product service is not good.Recently my kit of this cooler gets fused.I call for customer care they reveived my call but not come to home to repair that cooler.The sound of this product is average creates noise and cooles only one small room.it is not good for large area.The reliability is also not good.This product is not satisfying me.Only the brand name is selling in the industry not the quality.so I requested to all the peoples not to go for this product.it is not well according to price also.
