I am writing review for washing machine(LG) repair service I opted from UC . As timer for my washing was not working . I took help from urban clap and they allocated a technician citing, he is for LG service . He came and replace the timer and charged and hefty amount(2100 rs / market value 1200-1400) .
But within a week again I found same issue . I called UC, there was no responce from them .
I tried calling technician, he picked but he just pretended to come to my place with correct device . But he never came . I just lost money and Time . So please never opt repairing service from UC.
