When I moved to Delhi, I wanted a bed and I visited urbanladder. Although I was sceptical of buying furniture online but I was awestruck by their design and finally gave in. I placed the order and the delivery time mentioned was 20 days. But when it got delayed I mailed them to know the status and they assured me that they are working on it. I appreciated that they seemed apologetic. The worst part is their outdated tracking system. My order took 10 days more exceeding the delivery time provided .
