Urban Ladder is a good platform as we talk about the idea but at the meanwhile we disappointed when not getting as we ordered by seeing on the webpage or app.
Here is some point, I am going to write about service and quality of products.
Customer service : The service and customer support is is not really good. There is no professional attitude and no co-ordination in staffs.
Product Quality : When its come to products, on site products looks really good but when they deliver, they are not properly packed and in very dusty form you get.
Delivery Timeliness : Delivery schedule is good. You get on time delivery on urban ladder.
App and Website : Website and app are good and user friendly with a user friendy interface and also provides good user experience.
Reliability : In the reliability, if I am honestly speeking don't trust or if you are trusting then do it at our own risk and willingness because there is lost of problem you will face if you file a exchange request. That will not be a easy task.
At the end, I only want to say that I purchased more than 3 times but always get disapponted except one time.
So my suggestion is that don't buy from urban ladder or you can try at once if you will like then go for more.
