I have played on uproar for a couple of years, and won some prizes, but this past year things have changed.
I was notified by email 3 different times that I had won prizes...2 of them were in January & the other was last year. Never received any of those prizes & I've sent emails (several) but don't get a response.
I like uproar games, but is a real disappointment to be told you won & then never get the prize, and they won't even respond to emails about the prizes not being received.
Uproar does offer a great selection of fun games. I will still play occasionally, but is frustrating to be told you won something and then never receive it.
Also wish they would have a way to contact somebody when you have a question... When I tried the contact link on the help page I received a notice as my message was undeliverable.
The prize bots was a great idea, but once again...why do it, if when you supposely win, you never get anything.
