Their support is so pathetic they will not even understand the basic asks and requirements. For abroad studies they have tie up with certain college in US and even after clarification they are not sure how much is the IELTS and Duolingo score required to be eligible. They just know to force students to register to their course and later do no assist properly. I had given duolingo test and I had got 115 which is more than the university require. But at last moment they come and confuse saying in all modules the duolingo score has to be more than 110. Ultimately making the students pay unnecessarily for extra exams. Not one or two they are not aware of some basic process and no prior updates to students on abroad study, the eligibility etc. Very upset as already paid more for fees and again being forced to take exams and LOR multiple times.
