I recently completed my SAFe Agilist certification virtually through UpGrad, and I wanted to share my experience for anyone considering them for Agile certifications. I am rating them 5/5 based on the reliability and quality of the coordination.
The "Global vs. Local" Advantage: This was the highlight for me. We know UpGrad operates primarily out of India, so I wasn't sure what to expect regarding the time zone or context. However, my instructor was actually based right here in the USin fact, they were only about 20 miles away from my location! It was the perfect setup: I got the efficiency of their global operations, but the training itself was delivered with a clear understanding of the local US market context.
Reliability: A major pain point with training providers is that they often cancel or reschedule classes last minute if they don't get enough enrollments. I really appreciated that UpGrad didn't drop the ball here. They ensured the course ran exactly as scheduled, which shows great professional integrity.
Networking: The batch was very diverse, with professionals joining from all over the world. It made the breakout rooms and discussions much more engaging than a standard local class.
