When I ordered corrugated boxes from Upack, I thought it might take maximum 1 week to get delivered but after contacting with their customer support they told it would be delivered around 13 august as I ordered it on 28 july. That means more than 2 weeks.
Also they are not updating their customers about post ordering status after placing Track Order on their website.
I hope they would keep customer service at priority.
