I am based in Dubai and hold more then 22 years of experience, out of which 10 years are in the logisitics industry. They invited me for an interview from Dubai to Chennai and promised to reimburse me the cost of air fare and hotac. Between the original invitation and the interview they changed lot of things, like place of work, designation, future growth prospects etc.
I realized they are not a company with whom I can work and grow with, as they do not have corporate values or professional ethics. The overall impression given by them, before and during the interview did not give me any positive vibes. After coming back and informing them of my decision of not joining them is refusing to reimburse my expenses. This is really strange in today's world.
I went specially to attend the interview and not for any other work. I do not even have any friends/ relatives in Chennai. What action can I take against them?
