Again Universal Soldier is back with another "Regeneration". This time there regeneration was a real waste of money for the director n producer.
There is nothing new in the story and also the action sequences were not at all great infact there was not at all any actions, you will only see the firing and a bit combat fight. Though I will not give the plot of the movie but this time the Universal soldier come to save the nuclear plant and president's children. Villan also has 2 Universal soldier while govt. has 5. From those 5, 4 are of no use they are killed by Villan's Universal soldier.
It stars Jean-Claude Van Damme and Dolph Lundgren, who both reprise their roles from the first film. But when they face each other on the screen it was a total flop. Dolph hardly shares the screen for 5-10 mins that too for fight only.
In end they have shown that they had made a multiple clone of one fighter capt. Bruke as NGU. Capt. Bruke is also the hero as he rescue the children.
I will not recommend to watch this movie.
