I've always been a fan of univercell, they have been the pioneers in mobile phones then comes the other mobile shops.I slightly agree that the customer service was little bad in the middle for sometime, but it's getting better and better.i recently went with my friend as she wanted to buy a new phone, we went to the besant nagar branch.The customer service was good, i don;t agree with the recent comments...
They were really informative..and helped us in choosing the right phone as I and my friends don't know much about gadgets.The service at univercell is good and I recemmond all my friends to buy their mobile phone and accessories out there. and now with univercell live, we can experience any phone before buying.none fo the other shops have this.I hope they open more and more univercell live zones all over as there is only one outlet so far in nungambakam.
