Hey Buddy,
If u wanna migrate to a foriegn land, for all practical reasons USA tops. Minimal racism (a common man does not encounter any of it though, only in positions of power) and no fuc!@# system headaches. Processes are well followed and law holds good. Money factor is obviously heavy and the quality of life is superb too, provided u have a social circle. Loneliness sucks here!!! You pay taxes but do not get the benefits of social security etc. till u get a green card or stay here for min 10years. There obviously are cons to staying in a foriegn land....but I would certainly recommend USA. People r cool and funky....
Although I am a firm believer of the fact that if u have got good money, there's no country like home country.
