Support of customer service is very bad.
It is very bad that a family is in pain and they don't understand the current situation of the family. Instead of helping them they make sure that you don't get what you want.
Requirements are very high while claiming. Even when everything is clear, still they need many different types of documents. FIR's copy in language they need. I must say it is the company's responsibility to help the family, but they create new problems.
Upload photo files with .jpg, .png and .gif extensions. Image size per photo cannot exceed 10 MB
