#Customer Service

  • Support of customer service is very bad.

  • It is very bad that a family is in pain and they don't understand the current situation of the family. Instead of helping them they make sure that you don't get what you want.

  • Requirements are very high while claiming. Even when everything is clear, still they need many different types of documents. FIR's copy in language they need. I must say it is the company's responsibility to help the family, but they create new problems.
