I made my first account in union bank of india in the year 2012.It was mandatory of the college freshers to hold a bank account in either union bank or the punjab national bank.So I had these 2 options and naturally I opted union bank.why? simply because union bank has way to many branches than pnb.
Union bank is a very very secure bank.It gives you 128 ssl protection. it has 3 layers of protection.First is the login password.Then comes the OPT service and finally the transaction password.
The staff is equally friendly and cooperative.I asked them some basic questions, well I mentally cringe when I think of those stupid things I asked, yet.yet they all helped me out with a smile on their face.
