After having bought a horror of a wetgrinder called MANTRA grinder(a Coimbatore based company), the grinder broke literally into 2 out of fatigue fracture of the body, merely 3 months after the purchase. We were primarily using it for ATTA mixing as my mother has arthritis.
The best thing I did was discarded it, and went and brought myself an Ultra Grind plus. This machine is designed with superior technology and engineering, unlike expensive yet an inferior product like MANTRA grinder. The cleaning and working is smooth and we haven't had any issues for the past 8 months.
Once we got a burning smell and called the service center. They were very prompt to answer the call and it turned out to me an insect. The Ultra Service center is quite professional unlike MANTRA Service Center which is worst than a government office of the old Soviet Block.
I highly recommend this product.
