I have been working out since last 4 years and have used few supplements and Ultimate nutrition Prostar 100% Whey protein is one of them. So as per me this Whey Protein is essential to build lean muscle after intense heavy workouts.
It increases the immunity and helps in quick recovery from muscle fatigue and soreness.It has low calories 120 and 50 gm protein per serving respectively, which help in building lean muscles. I had ordered chocolate creme flavor which tastes great and mixed well with milk or water, have to shake well or you will find few small clumps.
