I've been taking this Creatine for a while now and honestly I have noticed good improvement in my overall workout performance. It has increased my stamina. I ordered it from Healthkart for around Rs. 560 and it worth's.
It has no flavor and there are sometimes issues with the solubility so be sure to shake well when mixing it with water or any other supplements or proteins to dissolve it. 5 gm of creatine is all what you need to to introduce in your routine pre-workout or post-workout. Drink lots of water as the purpose of taking creatine is more explosive strength and faster recovery. So you should be able to do more reps with the same weight when taking creatine.
If you do not drink enough water you can dehydrate, because creatine draws water to the muscles.
