Today I tell about uco bank. I am a account holder in this bank from howrah since 2006 and its service is good. But recently they have no time for customers problem recently, I got ECS problem and afterall it hasbeen done. Its netbanking is good and they have first transaction and quick updet. They provide me message facility and it also good. the bank has many atm machine, but it has no money it always be empty. Some times we are getting some problem with this bank. Now I notice one thing that the employers behaviour is not friendly with customer, they try to ignore them and do not conversation with customers. Many pension account holder in this bank but the employes just ignore them and try to harass them, so it is not good for any company they did not updet them this is a bad sign.
So, I really disappointed.
