I though dont prefer Uber due to its low service availability.However yday booked one, since it was showing at a distance of 2mins.
I booked the cab(from a very prominent place in bangalore, place is well known area even newbees in bangalore should be able to locate) but Uber driver somehow was not able to locate, I called him 3times and gave directions and told him to follow gps, which he mentioned was not working for him.Almost after 30 mins of wait and constant follow up, I had to cancel trip, since driver was just not able to locate Meenakshi mall at bannerghatta toad(strange!).
And after that I was charged cancellatiin fees, when I raised complaint, i was told since I cancelled after 5 mins of booking,
my question to Uber is, cant you see even after 30mins of booking driver did't reached pickup point, why should customer be charged if driver is not able to reach pickup point, which is well defined in gps and also explained by customer 3 times!
