Today am sharing my review regarding this app called uber.com
So here I go, on june, 17 I visited to chandigarh for my training then I used this app alot because its very easy and simple to use.
It automatically detect the location and then we can use the app.
Uber sometime gives you free rides and offers, but sometime it shows very very high rate due to heavy demands which is very sadful because its very convenient for the person who don't want to face people rush.
They categorized their rides like ubermoto, ubergo, uberXL etc etc nowadays they introduced new feature called uber eats but I haven't try it.
Uber is good but one day I faced a problem i.e uber driver didn't detect my location and I said to him to cancel the ride but he didn't and I have to pay that ride prices which is very disappointed.
There support system is not so good because they haven't take any action regarding my complain.
Sometime uber app crushed I don't know because of network or other things but I face this problem many times.
Its a unique service but prices are little bit higher.
