Just out of curiosity while I was trying to Book a ride from point A to point B in Mumbai the Fare that was showcased on my mobile app of Uber seemed normal to me but before confirming the same, I asked my friend [who was beside me] to try and book for the same destination and believe me the Fare that popped up was almost 50% of that quoted to me.
Uber seems to have got a wiff of it and since then the downloaded app on his mobile phone of Uber does not allow him to log in.
Thus my deduction - are these multinationals taking us for a ride.
