We had a flight so we booked a uber and the uber never arrived on time we asked to be picked up. They send me three different messages they said that they would be in 15 minutes then 35 minutes then 45 minutes. At last we had to cancel and drove ourselves and missed our flight. When I sent my complain to the uber service they said that the driver was on time. I don't know why they could not see the message that the driver sent at what time I need to be picked up. Never again I will use their service and I will never recommend them.
