It is true that Uber has made traveling easy and helpful in life, but here in my hometown Guwahati I had bad experience with uber. It has been several times I had faced inconvenience with Uber Cab service. Sometimes when I book a Uber cab it happen that my booked cab is too far from my location and it takes too much time to pick me up, and I have to wait. And whenever I want to cancel the booked cab they charge for that also. Some drivers are polite but some are sometimes drunken and rude especially at night service. Few days back, at night when I was returning home after watching HISL, the Uber driver was drunk and rude to me, we even had a argument and he was charging me high rate which was not the rate shown before booking a ride.
Rest, the Uber Cabs has make easier in travel Guide and travel convenience.
