My experience with uber is quite ok. I have booked a cab from my home to bangalore city.It was the first time when I was using Uber. It came on time and the driver was well mannered.
Overall it was a comfortable drive but its free ride concept is out of my mind. Uber is giving free 600 Rs for first ride and when you took your first ride your 600 Rs got over even if real charge comes lesser unlike OLA in which they are giving 300 Rs free ride and if your charge comes lesser the remaining balance is carried forward for next ride. I find it more cumbersome also as we need to fill our card details to use this service.
